  • Terms & Conditions for Zante Soul Weekender
  • When a booking is made, the ‘Lead Name’ on the booking guarantees that he or she has the authority to accept and does accept on behalf of the party the terms of these booking conditions.
  • All, Part or Any Refunds will only be refunded to the original 'Lead Name' and to the original payment details.
  • The accommodations recommended by ZSW is owned and managed by the hotels directly, and are separate companies to us. During your stay, any concerns & queries will be handled by them, we are not responsible or hold no liability for any accommodation services.
  • Booking extra days stay at the ZSW recommended hotels is possible through the ZSW website, from 1, 2 or 3 extra days, please be aware that ZSW main event is from the 24th till the 27th of September 2026.
  • All ZSW enquiries regarding, booking details, booking changes, booking cancellations, must be done via email at info@zantesoulweekender.com

  • Payment and fees on the ZSW website are in English Sterling (Pounds).
  • Payment and fees when in Zante/Zakynthos are in English Sterling via card payments or euros for event payments.

  • Every visiting customer to Zante/Zakynthos has to pay directly to the hotel, the hotel tax also known as the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” from €3 to €10 per room per night (depending on the hotels star ranking).

  • Customers are solely responsible for booking they’re own flights/travel to the island of Zakynthos.

  • Customers are solely responsible for they're transfers to the hotel from the airport and from the hotel back to the airport. Airport taxi are approx. €20 and are always available from the airport (max 15min traveling time).

  • Customers are solely responsible for all they’re belongs, ZSW will not be responsible for any loss or damage on any item or anyone.
  • Adding another person to a room & changing to arrival dates can be changed before July 31st 2026. In some cases or all cases changes cannot be made after said date.

  • Any requests for changes to the booking must be made from the ‘Lead Name’ on the booking before July 31st 2026 any changes may incur an administration fee.

  • ZSW does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals and/or groups that have booked with us. So there for is not responsible for your own personal holiday insurance.

  • ZSW highly recommend that you have you own holiday insurance before travelling.

  • ZSW is not responsible for your safety outside the planned schedule & itinerary.

  • If you can’t make the event for whatever purpose/reason, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking before July 31st 2026 and get a full refund **less 5% banking fees! (If bank fees applies). If available you can transfer your booking to another name for free!

  • Cancellation Policy: After July 31st 2026 there are no Any, Part or Full Refunds for any of the ZSW bookings after this date.

  • There is no reselling or renaming of the ZSW Packages, Tickets or Wristbands without the consent of the Zante Soul Weekender Management Team.

  • ZSW is not responsible for confirming your passport, visa, and other immigration requirements with the relevant embassies and consulates of Zante.

  • You must be 18 and over. Please bring government photo ID with you as this will be verified upon accommodation check-in/wristband exchange. Government ID includes a current signed passport, EEA member state identity card, UK or EEA driving license, or national identity card. Photocopies will not be accepted.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. A full and valid passport is required to travel to the destination. Requirements may change, and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. If you or any member of your party is not a British Citizen or holds a non-British passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the relevant embassy, prior to booking.

  • ZSW is not responsible for the weather, if the weather stops the outdoors activities, like the pool boat and beach parties then alternative indoors activities will be arranged if possible.

  • ZSW and its associated officers and organizations are not responsible for any individual and/or group’s actions, causes of action, claims, and demands for, upon by reason of any damage, loss, or injury, which may be sustained during the ZSW.

  • Packages, Wristbands and Tickets are only valid when purchased from an official ZSW outlet, the website, SumUp card reader, or cash at the event, they must be exchanged for a wristbands during the designated period, which you will be notified before the start of the ZSW Event. If you lose your event pass wristband, if it is stolen or if you give your wristbands to someone else, you will have to pay for a new one, at the full amount, as you will be responsible for it for the duration of the holiday. All wristbands will remain the property of ZSW until the end of the event.

ZSW-TC-10

  • By taking part in the ZSW, you consent to us taking photographic and video images, to be used for the purposes of promotion only. These may be posted on our website, social media, and future promotional material.

  • When you book the ZSW with us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct for yourself and your party during the holiday. If we or any other person in authority is of the reasonable opinion that you or any member of your party is behaving in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger or upset to any other person or damage to the accommodation, we will be entitled to terminate the pass or package of the person(s) concerned. The person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation, and we will have no further responsibility to them. No refunds will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. You will be responsible for making full payment for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party during the holiday. Payment must be paid directly at the time to the service supplier concerned, failing which, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.

  • When booking a ZSW Packages, Wristbands or Tickets customers must comply with local laws and regulations in that country/countries during their stay.

ZSW-TC-04

  • ZSW are not a specialist disabled holiday company, but we will do our upmost to cater for any special requirements you may have. If you or any member of your party has any allergy, medical condition, or disability which may necessitate additional assistance or service from our suppliers, please provide us with full details in the booking form as soon as possible before you confirm your booking so that we can discuss the suitability of your chosen arrangements. You must also promptly advise us if any allergy, medical condition, or disability which may affect your holiday develops after your booking has been confirmed, in case the arrangements made are no longer suitable. You may be required to obtain permission from your Doctor to travel or, as a condition of your travel insurance, disclose any existing medical conditions to your insurer. ZSW Parties will not be held responsible for the unsuitability of any service if full details of requirements are not given at the time of booking or if the medical condition or disability changes after booking.

  • Our website and promotional materials may feature images for illustrative and promotional purposes only, with no guarantee that they accurately represent our actual events or offerings. These images, which may include stock photos or artistic representations, are intended to convey the general atmosphere and nature of our services. Specific details, services, and offerings are subject to change without prior notice, and customers are encouraged to verify information by contacting our customer service team directly. All displayed images are subject to copyright, either owned by us, used with permission, or sourced from licensed third parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images is strictly prohibited. Customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the promotional use of images when accessing our website or utilizing our services.

  • We reserve the right to amend, add or withdraw any of our booking 'Terms & Conditions' at any time, which includes Events, Activities, Artist, Djs and Performers.

  • Hotel Change Policy: Free hotel changes can be made up until 31 July 2026, subject to availability.
    After 31 July 2026, changes are strictly limited and only possible if your original room can be resold within our ZSW allocation.
    A £50 per person non-refundable hotel change fee applies to all changes requested after 31 July 2026.
    If your new hotel package is cheaper, the price difference will not be refunded.
    If the new hotel package is more expensive, the difference must be paid at the time of the change.
    Maximum of one hotel change per booking.

  • We reserve the right to amend, change and cancel any Event, Activities, Artist Djs and Performers without any financial penalties, due to the Event, Activities, Artist, Djs and Performers not able to fulfil their obligation/s or deemed as unsafe.

  • Any major amendments, adds or withdrawal of the ZSW 'Terms & Conditions' will be communicated to our customers via email if deemed appropriate/necessary.

  • ZSW shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen travel restrictions.

  • The ZSW itinerary will be released 7 days before the start of the holiday, which is subject to change. Details of single events which are part of the package may be released before on the ZSW website.
